Sejak tahun pertama, mahasiswa langsung merancang dan mengembangkan bisnis mereka sendiri. Mereka menyusun rencana bisnis dengan prinsip “Dream Big at a Low Cost” serta mengoptimalkan sumber daya terbatas untuk membangun start-up. Seluruh proses didampingi oleh dosen dan praktisi berpengalaman dalam mendirikan dan mengembangkan bisnis.
Family Business
Corporate Entrepreneurship
Lulusan UC Jakarta dipersiapkan bukan hanya untuk melanjutkan, tetapi juga mengembangkan bisnis keluarga melalui inovasi. Karena hanya 3% bisnis keluarga bertahan hingga generasi ketiga akibat kurangnya pembaruan, program ini mengajarkan analisis bisnis, identifikasi peluang, serta perancangan inovasi yang terukur dengan pendampingan mentor ahli.
Lulusan dipersiapkan untuk berkembang hingga level manajemen, bukan hanya menjadi karyawan. Mahasiswa memetakan kompetensi karier, membangun jejaring, dan mengamankan peluang sejak awal kuliah.
